Payments for tuition, scholarships, insurance, diplomas, parking fines, library fines, testing, and other fees. Payments may be made at any Business Office location by cash, check, traveler’s check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, America Express, and Discover. The Cherokee Center only accepts checks, money orders and credit card payments. Payment may also be made on the Online Registration System by logging on to OneACCS Self-Service Banner
Business Offices are located in One Stop Center, Cherokee Center and Ayers Campus Administration Building. Offices are open for payment of all tuition and other fees.
Hours of operation: 7:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am until 11:30 am Friday.

THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS
If a third-party agency (employer, governmental agency, private scholarship donor, etc.) will be paying tuition, fees, and/or other educational expenses, the student or agency should contact the Business Office Personnel.
STUDENT ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Gadsden State Community College also complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), which prohibits the release of educational records without student permission. Only the student may request a copy of account transactions.
