leave, the employee must complete a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ww5.gadsdenstate.edu\/employee\/pdfs\/handbook\/G\/G-1.4-A.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leave Request Form<\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0 \u00a0Leave will be reported from the\u00a01st of each month through the end of the month. Leave is recorded by the employee electronically via web time entry under Leave Report.\u00a0\u00a0 The leave form is signed by both the employee and the supervisor, and is kept by the supervisor to verify leave reported on the Monthly Leave Report via web time entry and for auditing purposes. The deadline for reporting leave is the 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the following month.
