Our plan year begins September 1 and ends August 31 each year.&nbsp; Changes in benefit elections after the beginning of the plan year are permitted only under special circumstances.&nbsp; It is important that each employee complete a Section 125 Benefit Election Form each year so that all changes to premiums will be properly recorded.&nbsp; Changes and election forms must be completed prior to September 1.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEDUCTION CHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADD DEDUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-3ca77c56c4c186a8b4d519dfb33b46c6\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Occasionally, employees will need to change one of their payroll deductions.&nbsp; For each change, a written and signed Payroll Deduction Authorization Form must be completed and sent to the Payroll Office.&nbsp;
